DT Series Compressed Air Filter Element Feature

A. No-touch Element design, easy install and maintenance, save time and cost.
B. Double stainless steel support. Strength the constructionand prevent second pollution as rusted.
C. Deep-bed Multi-wrap borosilicate fiber glass, Large flow passages prevent high pressure drop and allow for a high dirt holding capacity.
D. Polyester needle felt sleeve unique coalescing action to quickly drain oil. 


Element Struction
FPM seal ring ensure the air-tightness between filter head and filter element, to achieve a positive filtration Effect.

Double stainless steel support layer to ensure the fulter element strength, deep bed Multi-wrap borosilicate glass microfibre large flow passage prevent high pressure drop.

With 96% porosity high dirt holding capacity, lifespan up to 6000 to 8000 hours. The general differential pressure is 0.17~0.25 kg/cm, less than 0.65kg/cm.

The element cover is made of PA+GF, free from deformation at 1.8Mpa pressure and high temperature of 240ºC and capable of resisting general acid and alkali chemical corrosion and withstanding the severe compressed air environment.

Special material for the outer layer of filter element, with strong hydrophobic and oilphobic, prevent the oil or water being blown away and received drying and filtering effect.

>ISO 12500 has made clear a general test and definition method for the compressed air filter manufacturers. The main performance parameters are the air inlet oil content and particles size distribution of the solid particles.
>ISO12500-1 specifies the test requirements for the filtration performance of oil aerosol in the coalescing filter.
>ISO12500-2 specifies the test requirements of adsorption filters for the removal performance of steam adsorption.
>ISO12500-3 specifies the requirements for removal of particulate matter from solid pullutants.

>During the using process, the filter element is constantly under bombardment from oily, acidic and high velocity dirt particles, and filter element which have to remove and retain to protect compressed air system. Over time, this can weaken the filter media and reduce filtration performance.
