The Working Principle of Refrigerated  Air Dryer
The refrigeration dryer uses cooling air to condense the moisture of the humid air and then separate it out of the air to obtain drier air. The following is an analysis of the working principle of the refrigeration dryer as follows:

The humid, high-temperature compressed air flows into the precooler (for high-temperature type) to dissipate heat and then flows into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the cold air discharged from the evaporator, reducing the temperature of the compressed air entering the evaporator.

After the heat exchange, the compressed air flows into the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the heat exchange function of the evaporator. The heat in the compressed air is taken away by the refrigerant. The compressed air is rapidly cooled, and the moisture in the humid air reaches the saturation temperature and quickly condenses. The condensed water is condensed to form water droplets, which are rotated at a high speed through the gas-water separator. The water is separated from the air due to centrifugal force, and the separated water is discharged from the automatic drain valve. The dew point of compressed air pressure after cooling can reach +3~+10ºC
