• The filter element adopts imported advanced filtering materials and stainless-steel support mesh, eliminating secondary pollution and particle interception effect of more than 99%.
• The wet pressure difference is 0.17 ~ 0.25 bar, the highest is not more than 0.65 bar.
• The filter housing is aluminum alloy die-casted, with tight structure to ensure safe use.
• All filter housings are cleaned, degreased and treated with special anti-corrosion treatment before painting to improve durability and can be applied to offshore platform operations.
• The precise threaded interface makes installation and maintenance easier and more convenient.
• The parallel connection of the body can reduce the installation and maintenance space.
• The filter housing is pressurized for 96 hours at 3.2MPa pressure, and the maximum withstand burst pressure is 10.5MPa.
• Under the temperature of 1.5-80°C and pressure of 1.0MPa working conditions, the filter housing is guaranteed to last 15 years, and the filter element are guaranteed to last 6000-8000 hours.
