What is compressed air filtration?
Compressed air filtration is one of the most usual and most important forms of filtration in the industrial market. Coalescer, particulate, and carbon absorption filters are the three most usual types of compressed air filters.

These filters are designed to remove solid particulate, water, oil mist, and oil/water vapors from compressed air systems. YUKA compressed air filters are placed at strategic locations throughout the compressed air system to protect equipment such as refrigeration air dryers, cylinders, valves, and lasers. In order to meet these requirements, our filters are offered in a micron range of 0.01 - 5 micron. Our coalescing filters use a specially formulated borosilicate glass media to achieve coalescing results of down to 0 .003 ppm oil carry over.


Tips for how to select most suitable compressed air filter for your system

Assess the requirements of your application. Different industry require different solution.						Any specific micron of filtration performance you required?
			What type of filtration is needed? Coalecent filter material removes solid and liquied contaminants from gas streams. Particulate filter media removes solid from gas streams. Absorber media removes hydrocarbon vapors from gas streams.
What are the working conditions of your application? Mainly criteria of consider : Flow, working pressure, temperature,pressure loss,material of structure (stainless steel, aluminum alloy, mild steel, carbon steel)
			Filter flow rate from how much SCFM? Pressure drop should be less than **bar? For saving the cost and protect environment.
